MANAGER'S NOTES:
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience.
Senior Robotics Process Automations (RPA) Development team from a technical perspective. Train and serve as mentor to junior developers. Design, develop, and deploy RPA technology solutions that will interact with internal and external systems, automate business processes, and are robust, secure and security compliant.
· Lead projects from design through completion.
Act as Subject Matter Expert for RPA development teams
· Provide technical leadership and guidance for RPA developers
· Must have problem-solving and analytical skills and initiative to see problems through to completion including determination of root cause and resolution.
· Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and participate as an independent or team contributor and effectively interact with all types of personalities in dealing with employees and other customers
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist RPA Administrator with installation/upgrade of RPA application and client software. Make recommendations regarding enhancements and/or improvements.
· Assist RPA Administrator responding to infrastructure monitoring alerts, resolving incidents to ensure system uptime and expected service levels
· Lead RPA development to achieve the requirements in line with the approved solution design.
· Provide technical guidance to junior developers at various stages of solution development
· Create detailed technical designs for functional and non-functional requirements
· Architecting enterprise level applications involving multiple systems, sub-systems, and ERP applications
· Perform POC’s or feasibility checks as necessary to aid the design. Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective, and provide solutions and detailed estimations
· Identify opportunities in existing customer business processes to architect and design RPA frameworks/technology
· Build / code advanced automation solutions, participate in testing and Go Live for an assigned RPA initiative
· Facilitate, monitor, and assist with resolution of support ticket escalation with the RPA vendors
· Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Information Systems or Computer Science major preferred.
Experience
Nine (9) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include five (5) years of program development experience with three (3) years specialized programming relative to program needs. Working knowledge of claims management applications preferred.
